Rental Rates
To secure your chosen date, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the event is required plus a $200.00 refundable venue damage deposit. The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to your event date. Events booked less than 14 days before event must pay in full. (Note: when booking, please include security deposit which will be located in the add-on(s) before finalizing your booking. If security deposit is not included, your chosen date will not be reserved).
Hourly Rate:
Monday - Friday: $100.00/hour (4 hours minimum)
Additional Time: $100.00/hour
Weekend Rate:
Half Day (Saturday - Sunday): $750.00 (6 hours minimum)
Full Day (Saturday - Sunday): $1,000.00 (12 hours)
